Maintenance Monitor
Effectively manage and report on repair activities associated to an individual piece of equipment. Tracking the critical path of equipment repairs allows the evaluation of time, labour and components spent on each maintenance activity. Mines can improve maintenance planning practices by identifying re-occurring component failures, charting mean-time between failures and reviewing details of maintenance actions.

Onboard Insight
Interrogate real-time engine performance from your office. Simply select a vehicle from the drop down list and the desired parameters (oil level, engine temperature, strut pressure…) you want to monitor.  Data streams into your office and is graphically displayed on your desktop computer. You can observe the performance of newly repaired vehicles, monitor the effects of long ramps on a specific fleet, or evaluate the implementation of new components.

Eventing System
The Eventing System efficiently manages exception messages generated from Wenco System diagnostics, mine operating practices and OEM health system alarms. When an alarm is generated it is colour coded and displayed according to its severity ensuring that the appropriate personnel are made aware and can take the necessary actions.

TireMax
Control your costs by getting the most out of each tire. TireMax helps extend the life of your tires by providing real-time monitoring of the tires’ work-rate. Colour-coded bar charts and detailed graphs quickly identify at-risk tires so your dispatchers can take preventative action.
