Turn-key Installations
Pre-installation site visits, server configuration, hardware installation, network configuration, software implementation and Certified Training courses are all part of the available turn-key installation package that Wenco offers. We can do the complete installation or we can train your personnel and supervise the installation according to your circumstances.


Operational Support
Wenco provides thorough support for all software within the Wenco System, including all back-end server and database components (SQL) and user applications. Our client services team (support staff) is comprised of personnel with extensive experience in using and troubleshooting sophisticated software systems.  Wenco provides on-site support, telephone support 24/7/365, and remote login via secure VPN connections.

Advancements within software and hardware have also reduced services costs for our clients through the ability to remotely access individual IP addressable components in the field. Problem components can be identified without the need to visit the mining equipment and a remedy provided to the mine maintenance personnel. This service is included as part of the software and hardware service agreements.


Product Development
Wenco has led the fleet management system industry in technological innovation for over 20 years. Wenco introduced the very first PC-based system, the Mobile Supervisors Terminal, and GPS to the fleet management system industry. We have been offering MicroSoft software since our inception, an open database since 2000, and COTS hardware since 2004.  The development of the Wenco System exists using the latest tools including: Visual Studio.NET 2005, SQL-Server 2005, Crystal Reports 9.0, Multilizer 6.0 and Map Objects.  Windows Services are written in C++ and the GUIs are written in C# and run on Windows XP Pro.
