Our Technical Services team is comprised of personnel with extensive technical and mining expertise. Staff accreditation and experience includes; Microsoft Certified Professionals, Former Mine Managers and Dispatchers, Surveyors, and Certified Network Administrators.
With these qualifications our technical services team gives top priority to providing immediate, expert and thorough service.

Technical Services
Wenco's Technical Services department is distributed across four continents, and provides round-the-clock support to Wenco's system. If you are a Wenco customer, you can contact Wenco support either through your site-specific support email address, or using customersupport@wencomine.com Wenco has a 24-hour support line for critical system issues (such as a system outage), available through Wenco's main office switchboard at 604-270-8277.

Repair and Return
Wenco's streamlined repair and return service starts right here. Simply click this email link, rma@wencosupport.com fill out the details of your expected shipment, and you will automatically receive a Case Number and link with which you can track the status of your RMA online.
