 EVCC Signs Wenco
Sparwood - February 2008. Wenco has signed a contract with Elk Valley Coal Corporation to monitor and improve the efficiency of the movement of mobile open pit mining equipment at Elk Valley Coal’s mining operations.
The contract states that this process will take place at 6 mines (Fording River, Greenhills, Line Creek, Elkview, Coal Mountian, Cardinal River) and will involve replacing another manufacturer’s fleet management system at each of these sites. The process is expected to last until late 2009.

 Polyus Gold Selects Wenco
Krasnoyarsk - April 2007. Polyus Gold Mining Company in Russia has selected Wenco as the supplier for an automated mine management system at Olipiada Gold Mine in the Krasnoyarsk region of the Russian Federation. Over 110 pieces of mining equipment will be installed with Wenco hardware and monitored for production, dispatching, fuel consumption, payload and other features.
