We are looking for a bold, strategically driven Vice President, Commercial to join our Executive Leadership Team and accelerate Wenco’s next stage of global growth. Reporting to the President & CEO, this role will lead the strategy and team behind revenue growth, strategic accounts, partnerships, sales operations, and global commercial excellence.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic commercial executive who can turn market opportunity into business momentum. You will align global sales execution, customer retention, market expansion, and commercial operations into one powerful growth engine—while building trusted executive relationships with customers and leading high-performing teams across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute a bold global commercial strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth across existing and emerging markets.
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, commercial performance, and clear Executive Team/Board-level insights.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a global commercial organization, including Regional General Managers, Strategic Accounts, Technical Sales, Sales Operations/CRM, Partnerships, and Channels.
• Build scalable commercial processes, governance, incentive programs, and succession plans that support rapid, disciplined growth.
• Partner across R&D, Marketing, Business Operations, Client Services, and Delivery to connect product strategy, customer needs, and growth priorities.
• Champion Wenco’s Safety-First culture in every customer engagement, travel decision, and commercial activity.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial, sales or business development
• A strong track record of building, scaling, and leading global commercial teams in enterprise software, technology solutions, mining, industrial technology, heavy equipment, automation, or related sectors.
• Deep commercial acumen across revenue growth, customer retention, account expansion, sales operations, and geographically distributed team leadership.
• A strategic, customer-obsessed, data-informed leadership style with the ability to energize teams and influence across a dynamic global business.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced business education is considered an asset.

Total compensation potential of $325,000 - $400,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
