Hitachi Construction Machinery Becomes LANDCROS Corporation

Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., Wenco's parent company, announced today that it will become LANDCROS Corporation effective April 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
The change reflects HCM's evolution toward self-directed management and reinforces the direction the company has been building since establishing the LANDCROS concept in 2024. LANDCROS combines LAND (ensuring prosperous land and society) with CROS (Customer, Reliable, Open, Solutions)—representing the commitment to being a true solutions provider.

Wenco continues as part of the LANDCROS group with the same leadership, technology roadmap, and commitment to advancing mining operations through intelligent fleet management solutions. Our partnerships, support structure, and product development path remain unchanged.
